MAOMA publishes its informative newsletter every three or four months. The articles in each newsletter cover the laws, codes and regulations that pertain to the rental industry. In addition, there are articles on numerous other subjects of interest to Maine apartment owners and managers.
Updated Addresses Requested.
Each time MAOMA newsletters are mailed to our members, several dozen are returned due to address changes or because a member is temporarily away. If you have a new forwarding address, please inform your local affiliated chapter so that both local and state mailing lists can be updated and you don't miss your newsletters.
Local chapters are reminded to send Linda Taylor their address changes, deletions and additions when received. Timely reporting will help to ensure that all paid-up.
